When do I need to order my invitations?
We
recommend that you order your invitations at least 4 months before
your wedding date and send them to your guests 8 weeks before.
Save the date cards can be sent anytime in advance of your date.
When should the RSVP date be?
At
least 4 weeks before the wedding date - you cannot finalise the
catering or seating arrangements without knowing how many guests
have accepted your invitation. Check with your venue though, we
have found some venues require all the details 4 weeks before so
you then need 6 weeks prior to your wedding date for your RSVP.
Do you print the guest names on the invitation?
Yes, we believe that your wedding invitation should display the attention to
detail you want for your wedding day. – AND we don’t charge
any extra for it.
You
just need to select “Guest details database”.
You will need to set up an account so that
you can return at anytime to make changes before you send to
Creative Flair.
Go
to "The Wedding Manager" on the left navigator.
Do you print on the envelopes?
Yes, we believe that your wedding invitation should display the attention to
detail you want for your wedding day.
We print the guest addresses in the same font as
your invitations AND we also print your return address in the top
left hand corner of the envelope.
SORRY, we don’t print on the C6 envelopes for the
Thank you’s.
We have some other items we want sent with the
invites. Do you post or seal the envelopes?
Creative Flair does not seal nor
post your invitations directly to your guests therefore if you
want to add other items for example gift registry card from the
store you have chosen, there is no problem.
Postage cost of your invitation
to your guests is the responsibility of the customer.
Do I need blank invitations?
For Internet orders, we recommend at least 5 blanks of your invitations
for any last minute guests, or keepsakes. If you do decide you
need more than this, you can always order a minimum of 12 later
on.
What wording should I choose?
We
have a selection of verses to suit different wedding styles. You
may choose one of these standard verses or write one of your own.

What is the printing process?
Our
invitations are printed on quality stardream or curious
metallic 120, 250 or 285 gsm depending on invitation type
and colour. Envelopes are made of the same material and match the
colour of your invites (ie icegold, opal or silver). There are
cheaper branded papers available but the quality difference is
quite noticeable. We feel that your wedding invitations should
display the quality and style of your wedding and therefore
quality paper is important. We
also use a commercial, heavy duty LED printer with sharp colours.
Is there a discount for larger orders?
Our
invitations are handmade. Therefore, discounts for large orders
are difficult.
Do you have a retail shop or can I come and see
you and your invitation and Bomboniere range?
We are a home business located in
Bonython, ACT. We have a showroom, which is open by appointment.
We love to organise visits for
potential customers.
I love your designs, but I am looking for.......
Absolutely!
Our showroom is open by appointment to discuss personally
designed invitations. If you are unable to come to the showroom,

and we can see what we can do.
Another language...I need to have my invitation
wording in another language?
Not a problem. We just need you
to supply a document with the wording in the language you require.
There may be an extra cost for this service.
What will the final design look like?
The
final design will be sent as a pdf for you to confirm prior to
printing.
Creative Flair checks each order,
so if the wording/positioning isn’t quite right, we will offer
suggestions/alternatives.
Will I get a proof of my ordered invitation?
Once your deposit has been
confirmed you will receive a pdf template of your invitation via
your nominated email address. You will need to confirm this proof
before printing commences and if there are any errors/changes
inform us by email/phone.
Quantity
Creative Flair has a minimum
order of 25 invitations.
If additional invitations are
required after the first order has been sent then a minimum of 12
invitations applies.
Why do print samples cost
$10 each?
The website can only give you an indication of the
look and feel of the invitations so, samples are therefore
available.
To cover our printing/material
costs, we need to charge a nominal amount for samples.
Is your payment system secure?
Yes, as we only currently accept bank deposit your
Internet banking provides the security. We also use SSL when
collecting sensitive information.
When will my order arrive?
Please
allow 7-14 working days from 'final' placement of your order (this
includes guests lists, payment or any other changes we may be
waiting on authorisation from you for). If you make any changes to
the design, 7-14 working days takes effect from finalisation.
You will receive an email,
advising that your order has been dispatched. Please contact us if
you do not receive your order as per the instructions on the
email.
I’ve changed my mind – I want to cancel my order
The 20% deposit required to
confirm your order is nonrefundable.
Please take care when placing
your order. All orders are personalised to your requirements. For
this reason, once printing has commenced, refunds and exchanges
will only be made if the stationery does not match your order
specifications, allowing for slight variations in colour, print
procedures and “handmade” flaws.
Items must be returned within
7-days in their original packaging, unused and undamaged. Prior
authorisation must be obtained before returning any goods. Return
postage is the responsibility of the customer. Goods that are
ordered incorrectly will not be refunded.
Cancellations will only be accepted by phone with a
subsequent email.

Please note that printing of
your order will commence within 24 hours of you confirmation of
your final payment, unless you have requested otherwise or
Creative Flair has informed you otherwise.
If
printing has commenced, and the customer requires changes to
be made, there may be a reprint charge.
